		<description>Great explanation on the importance of both forms of exercise.  I am definitely a cardio buff.  I do not mind weight training, but prefer aerobics.  I also enjoy yoga and pilates.  But, if my arms are any indication of what happens when you neglect the weights, the I am all for weight training.</description>
